Terms of Service

Vidya Sangam is operated by SNAPCARD LABS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACZ-9249), with its registered office at Ward No 31, Near Hanuman Mandir, Nilkanth Nagar, Bhagalpur, Bihar 812002. “We” and “us” mean that firm. Creating an account means you accept these terms.

Vidya Sangam is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission, the Railway Recruitment Boards, or any government body. Exam names are used only to describe what our material covers.

We do not promise a result. Practice improves your odds; it does not select you, and nobody honestly claims otherwise.

One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account, and sharing it with others is the one thing that will get it closed without a refund.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.

Full access costs ₹999 and lasts 365 days from the day the payment succeeds. Prices include applicable taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise.

There is no subscription: no stored card, no mandate, no auto-renewal. When the year ends, access stops until you choose to buy again. Buying before it ends extends your existing access rather than replacing it.

Payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see your card number.

We may change the price at any time, but never for access you have already paid for.

Within 7 days of paying, and subject to the substantial-use thresholds set out in full on the Refunds & Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

• Copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, solutions or explanations. They are ours, and writing them is most of what your fee pays for.
• Share, sell or transfer your account.
• Automate access — scripts, scrapers, or bulk requests against our API.
• Attempt to get around limits, quotas or the payment flow.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where the breach is clear and deliberate, we may do so without a refund.

Questions, solutions, hints, analytics and the software are owned by us or our licensors. Your access is a personal, non-transferable licence for the period you have paid for, and for your own preparation.

Your answers and attempt history are yours. We use them to run the product and to compute your analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some questions and all hints are drafted with the help of AI systems and reviewed before publication. We try hard to be accurate, and we have automated checks and a human approval step before anything is published — but errors will still get through. Do not treat any single explanation as authoritative for the real exam.

If you find a mistake, report it. It is the most useful thing you can send us.

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features.

If we discontinue the service entirely while you have paid access, we will refund the unused portion, calculated by day.

To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

We are not liable for indirect losses — including an exam result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer forum available to you where you live.
