- No. Vidya Sangam is an independent practice platform with no connection to any government body. Exam names are used only to describe what the material covers.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — within 7 days of paying, provided you have not already worked through a meaningful part of the paid features. Write to support and we will process it to the original payment method. The full terms are on the Refunds page.
- Does it work on a low-end Android phone?
- That is the device it is built for. The pages are light, the maths renders without a heavy library, and the exam player works offline once a paper has loaded.
- Is the Hindi a machine translation?
- No. Both languages are reviewed side by side before a question is published, including the numerals, which differ between the two.
- Will my card be charged again automatically?
- No. There is no subscription, no stored card and no auto-renewal. When the year ends, access stops until you choose to buy again.
- What happens if I lose internet during a mock?
- Nothing. The whole paper is loaded before the first question, and your answers are queued locally and sent when the connection returns. The deadline comes from the server, so backgrounding the tab buys no extra time either.
